Delivery & Returns

Delivery & Returns details for Alma Brasil.

DELIVERY

Orders are sent out by First Class Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days of you placing the order, hopefully sooner! The standard delivery charge for most items is £3.99.

Next Day Delivery and tracking numbers are available upon request, please email: tali@almabrasil.com.  

Please note: once the item is shown as delivered it is the customer’s responsibility to keep it safe. We can’t offer refunds to damages or for items that are stolen from doorsteps once delivered. 

The majority of our orders are currently within the UK however we can fulfil some international orders, upon request. Please email: tali@almabrasil.com.

Please note that international orders can take up to 5 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you don't wish to keep the item you purchased, then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in its original packaging, within 28 days. The postage back will be the customer's responsibility. The address for returns will be on a little slip inside your parcel. Otherwise contact us email: tali@almabrasil.com. Please remember to include your name or order number too, as we are processing lots of orders & returns on a weekly basis and won't automatically remember if you messaged us.

Please allow up to 10 business days to see the money back in your account. Thanks.

We really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please contact us at: tali@almabrasil.com with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free or charge). 

EXCHANGES 

Please note that at present we can't do exchanges (unless the item is faulty). You will be refunded in total if you return your item, then if you would like another size, please order again from our Site.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product.
